McGregor once again is showing who’s the boss of headlines.
Early thursday afternoon as media day was wraping up and fighters were getting on their buses to go back to the hotel room,McGregor and company came for Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Khabib who is about as legit as any fighter gets earlier this week cornered good friend and training partner to McGregor fighter Cian Cowley and threaten him.In response McGregor took a private plane with 30 friends to Brooklyn to confront Khabib.
What transpired after McGregor and friends entered the Barclay center and caused havoc.Starting by stopping the red corners bus and throwing chairs and stools and even a piece of a gate.
Which resulted in 4 fighters getting injured.Now not only did he effect the UFC ‘s pockets but 2 fighters had to drop from Saturday’s bout do to injuries recieved from the glass exploding into the bus after McGregor’s aggressive assualt.
With the UFCs president Dana White claiming that they will sue along side other fighters no one knows the future of this great fighter………Or was rhis just a PR stunt gone wrong by the ufc because of the lack of superstars filling the roster? Was it staged?
Only time will tell us but expect to see Connor fighting later this year.As still the biggest draw in UFC he will fight another day.
